Jack Cowan

Yesterday I put up a video of Jack Cowan giving a presentation at the Salk Institute. The video is an hour long, but well worth the time. Cowan is probably the foremost expert on statistical mechanics applied to the brain. The Salk provides a lively Q&A time, which is also interesting. I like Cowan's reply to the question about quantum mechanics. I think the lecture is very nice, and is approachable by many audiences from different backgrounds.
